Sub-processors

Infrastructure, hosting, and service providers used to deliver the BookFlow AI platform.

Last updated: April 10, 2026

Overview

BookFlow AI is an all-in-one AI voice agent platform for US revenue teams. To deliver the service we operate infrastructure directly and also engage a limited number of trusted sub-processors to handle specific technical functions (hosting, database, payments, calendar APIs, voice telephony, and email delivery). Every sub-processor listed below is contractually bound to process customer data only on our instructions and only for the purposes described.

The BookFlow AI product layer — agent orchestration, onboarding flow, knowledge base, business logic, US compliance defaults, CRM integration, dashboard analytics, and customer-facing UI — is built and operated by BookFlow AI.
